The Rotaract Cluster — Accra-Ring Road Central, Accra-East, Accra-Labone, Osu-Oxford Street, and Adabraka — drew resources together for Akateng residents affected by the Akosombo dam spillage. Life jackets, relief items, and a “Spread Hope” session offered safety and emotional support.
